After a little less than 11 weeks on the job, the first year head man of the Bobcats was rather blunt when he was asked about his impressions of his football team right now. The first real test for the Bobcats happened on Monday afternoon when 81 players were on the practice fields behind Bobcat Ballpark to kick off the spring season.
“We need to be better,” Withers said. “We were a 3-9 team last year.
