SAN MARCOS, Texas – After both captured multiple individual titles at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Alyssa Wilson and Dominick Yancy earned postseason conference awards as the conference office announced its full slate of recipients.
Wilson added to her impressive slate of achievements in 2022 by being named the Sun Belt Women's Most Outstanding Field Performer of the Year and Women's Newcomer of the Year. Yancy was named the Men's Newcomer of the Year.
The Bobcats had 17 All-Sun Belt selections, including six first team honorees: Wilson, Yancy, Taahir Kelly, Avery Veiseh, Brian West, and Katherine Stuckly.
