SAN MARCOS, Texas – For the second year in a row, the Texas State soccer team had multiple players selected to one of the United Soccer coaches Scholar All-West Teams that were announced on Monday. Kaylee Davis was a first team selection and Heather Martin was picked to the second team.
The duo are the first Bobcat juniors to be named to a scholar all-region team and the only student-athletes from a Sun Belt Conference program to be recognized. They join Chandler Cooney, Rachel Grout and Kassi Hormuth as the only TXST players to ever receive the accolade.
