SAN MARCOS, Texas – This Thursday thru Saturday 22 Texas State track and field athletes will be in Lawrence, Kansas to compete in 15 individual events and all four relay races at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to try and advance to the NCAA Championship weekend. The competition at the University of Kansas will take place at Rock Chalk Park.
The top 48 athletes in each individual event and the top 24 relay teams qualified for the West regional. Individuals and relays that finish in the top 12 will advance to the championship weekend in Eugene, Oregon taking place June 8-11.
