HARRISONBURG, Va. – For the first time in program history, the Texas State track and field program swept the Sun Belt Track and Field Outdoor Championships, winning both the men's and women's titles.
The men's team scored 145 to secure the title, while the women's scored 119 points to earn their second consecutive SBC Outdoor Championship.
"I am happy to see the hard work from my coaches, staff and athletes pay off with a men's and women's championship," said Texas State Director of Track and Field/Cross Country Frazier. "It was a fierce battle to the end and we came out on top.
