SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State University men's golfers Calvin Ross, Ben Swaffield, and Evan White were named Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholars, announced Wednesday by the Golf Coaches Association of America.
All three players were named to the Dean's List in the 2019 fall semester, and the second straight year that Ross has been named an All-American Scholar.
Ross averaged 73.0 strokes per round while playing in seven tournaments. He recorded eight par or better rounds and had three in the 60s. Ross posted a season-low round of 65 in the Mobile Sports Authority Intercollegiate.
