NEW ORLEANS — The Texas State men's basketball program will head into the 2021-22 season with three student-athletes being named to the Sun Belt Conference Preseason All-Sun Belt teams, the league announced Thursday afternoon.
Mason Harrell, a senior guard out of Midwest City, Okla., picked up first-team honors, while fellow senior guard Caleb Asberry, out of Ranger College by way of Pflugerville High School in Pflugerville, Texas, was selected to the second team. And 6-foot-8, 170-pound, senior forward Isiah Small was placed on the league's preseason all-conference third team.
