SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State head tennis coach Tory Plunkett announced Wednesday that Sofia Fortuno, Maria Lora, Kate Malazonia, Mae McCutcheon, and Kylee Shannon have signed to play for the Bobcats in the 2021-22 season.
A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Fortuno was the ITF Caracas Junior Open doubles champion in 2021 after being the runner-up in singles and doubles in 2020. She was the national singles and doubles champion in 2020.
