HUMBLE, Texas – The Texas State men's golf team finished the All-American Intercollegiate with its best round during the three-day tournament after shooting a 7-over-par 295 as a team on Tuesday morning at the Golf Club of Houston. The Bobcats finished the tournament in 13th place at +39 score of 903 (306-302-295).
Ben Swaffield fired an even-par 72 to lead the Bobcats on Tuesday. He ended the tournament tied for 68th place with a three-day total of 228 (80-76-72).
Calvin Ross had the best overall finish when he tied for 54th place after shooting a 1-over par 73 in each of the final two rounds.
