SAN MARCOS, Texas — After weather forced the postponement of Texas State's season-opening series with Texas Tech, the two teams have found an opening in their schedules and will play two games in Lubbock, Texas on Wednesday, March 3 with the first beginning at 12 p.m.
The second game will follow 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first.
Texas State (2-0) is coming off a season-opening sweep of Abilene Christian on Monday afternoon that featured freshman pitcher Jessica Mullins throwing a seven-inning no-hitter in her collegiate debut. The Bobcats return to action on Wednesday, Feb.
