SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas A&M, Kansas State, Texas Southern, UIW and UTRGV have been announced as future opponents for Texas State football as the Bobcats released their remaining nonconference opponents through the 2028 season on Thursday.
Texas State, which is already set to play Arizona State in 2024 and 2025 as well as Texas in 2026, will play Texas A&M on Sept. 4, 2027 at Kyle Field in College Station. On Sept. 2, 2028, the Bobcats will face the Wildcats at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan, Kan.
The Bobcats are also scheduled to play home games against UIW in 2026, Ohio in 2027, UTRGV in 2027 and 2030, and Texas Southern in 2028.
