NEW ORLEANS – Sophomore Chase Mora's big week was rewarded with him being named the Sun Belt Conference's Player of the Week on Tuesday by the conference office. It is the second time he has received the honor in his career and the first this season.
In four games, Mora batted .438 (7-for-16) with three home runs and 11 RBI. He also posted a .500 OBP and 1.063 SLG%. The Tomball, Texas native hit a homer in three consecutive games, the first time a Bobcat has done so since Apr. 9-12, 2022 by Justin Thompson.
