SAN MARCOS, Texas (AP) – Sophomore guard Alonzo Sule recorded 14 points and 14 rebounds off the bench to lift Texas State (6-2) to a 69-55 win over Hartford (4-5) on Saturday evening at Strahan Arena. The Bobcats earned their fourth consecutive win.
Senior guard Nijal Pearson led the Bobcats with 15 points for Texas State and sophomore guard Mason Harrell added 12 points to round out the Bobcats top scorers.
Sophomore forward Hunter Marks scored a career-high 20 points and had eight rebounds for the Hawks.
