MONROE, La. – Senior right-hander earned his 20th career save Friday night in No. 17 Texas State's (36-11, 18-4 Sun Belt) 5-4 come from behind victory over ULM (15-28-1, 6-15-1 Sun Belt) at Warhawk Field. Stivors' save set a new program record that had been held by Hunker Lemke since 2014.
"It is incredible! If you would have asked me my first year here if I would have gotten it by now, I would probably have said no," said Stivors. "It's an honor to have gotten 20 saves and brake the school record, but all I'm focused on right now is tomorrow and getting the win.
