Day two of Spring Ball 2022 was the last day of helmets-only – and before the pads are put on the first time.
With that, though, the team continued to work through the little things, such as techniques, spacings, alignments, play installation, and more.
Head coach Jake Spavital spoke to the media about what he's seen so far in the first two practices as well as some newcomers who have stood out in the first week. He also spoke to one focus he's maintained with the team: be a smarter football team.
"I felt like last year we found ways to lose games," said Spavital.
