Who's In Olivia, a 6-foot-0, 210-pound native of Schertz, Texas, was ranked the nation's No. 7 and the No. 1 long snapper in Texas at Kohl's Snapping Camps. He was also an academic all-district selection in 2019. Olivia, a three-year starter as a long snapper at Samuel Clemens, was invited to play in the 2020 Blue-Grey All-American game.
Shipley became the third student-athlete to come to Texas State from Oklahoma State — joining current running back Jahmyl Jeter and 2018 standout tight end Keenen Brown — following the spring semester.
