LAFAYETTE, La. – Senior found herself in the right place at the right time to knock in a rebound for her first career goal as Texas State played to a 1-1 draw against Louisiana on Sunday at the Ragin' Cajuns Track/Soccer Complex.
With the result, the Bobcats are now 7-6-2 overall and 4-4-1 in Sun Belt Conference play while the Ragin' Cajuns are 6-8-2 on the season and 3-3-2 in conference play.
The Ragin' Cajuns struck first when Carol Rodriguez headed in a corner kick in the 10th minute.
A little over three and a half minutes later, unleashed a curling shot that hit off the crossbar.
