LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Texas State softball pitcher Randi Rupp has been named an NFCA Second-Team All-Region selection for the second-straight season as announced by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Thursday afternoon. There have been 385 student-athletes from 157 programs honored with 2016 NFCA Division I All-Region accolades.
The awards honor softball student-athletes from the Association's 10 regions with first, second team and selections. NFCA member coaches from each respective region voted on the teams, and all the honorees now become eligible for selection to the 2016 NFCA Division I All-American squads.
