SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State women's basketball team (5-7) opens the 18-game Sun Belt Conference slate with a pair of games against Georgia Southern (5-6) and Georgia State (6-5). Game one will tip at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 3 at Hanner Fieldhouse in Statesboro, Ga. against the Eagles. The second game of the weekend will start at 1 p.m. on Jan. 5 at GSU Sports Arena in Atlanta against the Panthers.
