SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State University softball team (35-10, 15-2 SBC) will host the UTSA Roadrunners (18-24, 6-12 C-USA) in the team's final midweek of the 2018 season. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. from Bobcat Softball Stadium.

• No. 23 Texas State bounced back from a tough weekend in Louisiana to win four games during the past week, including a road victory over Incarnate Word and a home sweep of ULM.
• Randi Rupp was dynamic throughout the week. She earned a trio of victories and slammed the door shut on ULM to earn her fourth save of the season in Sunday's series finale.
