SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State's Sakke Siltala is set to compete at the NCAA Amherst Regional starting Sunday at the Poplar Grove Golf Club in Viriginia. The event, originally schedule Monday-Wednesday was moved up to a Sunday afternoon start time due to forecasted weather.
The back-to-back All-Sun Belt Conference Second-Team selection finished the regular season with a team-leading 70.87 stroke average across 10 tournaments and finished atop the TXST lineup in seven of 10 events, while collecting three top five finishes, six in the top 10 and seven in the top 25.
