LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Texas State men's golf team finished the first day in ninth place with a 1-under par 575 through the first 36 holes of the Little Rock Invitational at the Chenal Country Club on Monday.
Both Kasper Nyland and Evan White shot even-par 144 to lead the Bobcats. White posted a 3-under par 69 in the first round to pace Texas State in the first round. Nyland carded an eagle in the second round, one of three Texas State players to do so in the second round. Also recording an eagle were Logan Lockwood and Fabian Sunden.
