SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State men's golf head coach Shane Howell announced the tournament scheduled for the 2016-17 season Thursday afternoon. Six of the tournaments will see the Bobcats compete in the Lone Star state.
The season opens up September 12-13 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi for the Sam H. Hall Intercollegiate. It will take place on the course at the Hattiesburg Country Club.
After nearly a month off, Texas State returns to action for the Bayou City Intercollegiate at the Golfcrest Country Club in Pearland, Texas. The tournament is hosted by Houston, Rice and Sam Houston State.
