After a late decision by guard D’Angelo West to transfer from the program, the Bobcats were left with one scholarship remaining.
Texas State is expected to sign sophomore forward/ center Eric Terry. An official announcement will come later today.
Terry, who played at Mayde Creek High School in Houston, spent this past season at Temple Junior College where he averaged 8.7 points on 58.7 percent shooting and pulled down 4.7 rebounds per game.
Including Terry, the Bobcats have eight newcomers and only five returning scholarship players (guards Bobby Conley, Ojai Black and Courtney Julien and forwards Kavin Gilder-Tilbury and Maljhum McCrea).
