AUSTIN, Texas – Texas State's Heather Martin was selected to the Google Cloud Academic All-America® Second Team for Division I women's soccer on Thursday. She is the third Bobcat all-time to be named to one of the teams and it is the second straight year a TXST player has been recognized for the honor.
The teams are voted on by members of College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Martin boasts a perfect 4.00 GPA and is majoring in psychology.
