FORT WORTH, Texas – Texas State cross country delivered another strong performance in its third meet of the season at the DBU Old Glory Gallup in Fort Worth. The women's team placed third in the 5K, while the men's team finished sixth in the 8K.
Both the women's and men's races featured about 50 schools and 400 runners.
The women's squad's third-place finish tallied 127 points, with four runners finishing in the top 50.
Junior Alexia Tiscareno Macias claimed the individual title in the women's 5K with a personal-best time of 17:17.
