SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State men's golf team returns to the links on Monday and Tuesday at the 31st Annual Louisiana Classic at the Oakbourne Country Club in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Taking place on a par 72, 6,989 yard course, the tournament consists of 12 teams including the defending event champions and No. 1 ranked Illinois. Other top 100 teams competing over the two days are Kansas (45th), Kent State (62nd) and Texas A&M (33rd).
Along with the Bobcats, Sun Belt Conference programs UL Louisiana and UT Arlington will be playing at the event.
