SAN MARCOS, Texas — More pieces of the freshman class within the Texas State softball program showed its productivity as Baylee Lemons and Piper Randolph recorded 66.7 percent of the Bobcats' hits in TXST's 4-2 win over Houston Baptist Wednesday night.
"I think we have to get a little bit more fire under us," said Texas State softball head coach Ricci Woodard. "I think that's one of the things we keep talking about, especially going into this Troy matchup. We haven't played the way we want to play lately.
