SAN MARCOS, Texas – The final three innings were costly as UT Arlington score all its runs in the time frame as Texas State fell 10-6 in the series finale Saturday afternoon at Bobcat Ballpark.
With the loss, the Bobcats fall to 12-17 overall and 3-6 in the Sun Belt Conference while the Mavericks are now 12-15 on the season and 3-3 in conference play.
Suffering the loss was (1-2) as he surrendered the go-ahead runs in his inning of relief. Zach Norris (3-2) picked up the win with two shutouts innings out of the bullpen.
