SAN MARCOS, Texas – Heading off to Eugene, Oregon to compete in the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships this weekend for Texas State are T'Mond Johnson and the men's 4x100m relay team of Jaylen Allen, De'Marcus Porter, Lincoln Warren and Carlos Wilson. The meet takes place Wednesday through Saturday at Historic Hayward Field.
Johnson will compete in the shot put that begins at 8:40 p.m. CDT. He is slated to be the first competitor in the second flight.
The junior qualified by taking the 12th and final spot at the NCAA West Preliminary meet with a distance of 18.
