SAN MARCOS, Texas – For the second year in a row, head coach Terrence Johnson and senior Caleb Asberry earned all-district honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) as Johnson was named the District 23 Coach of the Year and Asberry was selected to the All-District 23 Second Team, the organization announced.
Asberry is the first Bobcat to earn multiple all-district honors in a career from the NABC as he was named second team last season.
Johnson, meanwhile, is the first back-to-back district coach of the year in program history.
