NEW ORLEANS - The Sun Belt Conference announced Monday that Texas State senior wide receiver Hutch White has been named the Sun Belt Conference Special Teams Player of the Week. White earned the award after registering 234 all-purpose yards in Texas State's 30-28 victory over South Alabama last Saturday.
His 234 yards are the second-highest total in a Sun Belt Conference game this season and marks the first time that a Bobcat has recorded 200 all-purpose yards in a game since 2015. White returned kickoffs for the first time this season and averaged 31.
