NEW ORLEANS — For the first time since prior to the 2018-19 season, the Texas State women's basketball team is represented on a preseason All-Sun Belt Conference team as Da'Nasia Hood was selected to the preseason All-SBC Second Team, the league announced Wednesday afternoon.
Hood, a junior forward from San Antonio, Texas by way of Wagner High School, became the first Bobcat to pick up such honor since Toshua Leavitt and Brooke Holle were appointed to the first and third teams, respectively, weeks before TXST tipped off the 2018-19 season at New Mexico.
