BOSTON – Dominick Yancy and Daniel Harrold represented Texas State track and field at day one of the 2024 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday.
Yancy started the day competing in the prelims of the men's 400 meters, where he ran the fourth-best time in school history when he recorded a 46.62 and placed 14th. He then went on to place 10th in the 200 meters with a time of 20.80, which is the fifth-best time in school history. He was the only male athlete in the meet to compete in both the 200 and 400 meters.
