NEW ORLEANS – For the fourth consecutive week, a Texas State Bobcat has been named a Sun Belt Conference Student-Athlete of the Week. This week, Jeremy Hallonquist was named the SBC Pitcher of the Week for his performance in a dominating 16-0 victory over Appalachian State on Saturday. Hallonquist joins Luke Sherley, Lucas Humpal and Jonathan Ortega as Bobcats who have earned the honor this season.
The senior righty from Hallsville, Texas, went eight innings against Appalachian State and, simply put, dominated.
