NEW ORLEANS — On Monday morning, the Sun Belt Conference, in conjunction with ESPN, announced Texas State's football game at Georgia State on Saturday, Oct. 23 will kick off at 2 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. CT and be streamed on ESPN+.
The game will mark the first road trip to Georgia State for Texas State under third-year head coach Jake Spavital. It'll also mark the first matchup between the two football programs since the Bobcats knocked off the Panthers, 37-34, in triple overtime on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019. TXST beat Georgia State, 40-31, during the last football game played in Atlanta on Saturday, Nov.
