SAN MARCOS, Texas – Jack Burke, Marcelo Garza, Kasper Nyland, and Tom Roed Karlsen were named 2022-23 GCAA All-America Scholars, the Golf Coaches Association of America announced on Wednesday.
548 NCAA Division I student-athletes from 194 schools earned All-America Scholar honors.
This is Nyland's second time being named an All-America Scholar, and first time for Burke, Garza, and Karlsen.
Burke finished at the top of the Bobcat lineup three times in the season with two finishes in the top-10, and three in the top-25. The sophomore shot four-under 212 as an individual for his lowest 54-hole total to open the fall season.
