NEW ORLEANS - Four Texas State football players were selected Honorable Mention All-Sun Belt Conference and redshirt freshman Kian Schoenborn was named on the Sun Belt's All-Newcomer Team in a poll of SBC coaches and selected media members.
Senior offensive tackle Adrian Bellard, senior tight end Ryan Carden, junior quarterback Tyler Jones and junior offensive tackle Ryan Melton were tabbed All-SBC Honorable Mention selections.
Bellard was a three-year starter who had 56.5 knockdowns and didn't surrender a sack this season. Carden played in 10 games and caught 25 passes for 243 yards.
