SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State women's basketball team begins its final road trip of the regular season this Thursday with a 5:05 p.m. tip-off against Arkansas State, a game that is scheduled to be aired on ESPN3, in Jonesboro, Ark.
Texas State enters into the final five game stretch with a 12-13 overall record and 7-8 mark in Sun Belt Conference play. Last week, the Bobcats evened the regular season series against UL Monroe Thursday night before dropping a game against UL Lafayette Saturday.
Against the Ragin' Cajuns, the Bobcats drained 10 3-pointers which puts them just 11 shy of matching the school record of 207 set last year.
