SAN MARCOS, Texas – With two games remaining on the regular season schedule, the Texas State women's basketball team returns home to host Troy and South Alabama this weekend. The 'Cats will first take on the Trojans of Troy Thursday evening before welcoming South Alabama on Senior Day. Tip-off against the Trojans is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Strahan Coliseum.
Texas State is coming off of a hard fought loss to UT Arlington Tuesday evening. The 'Cats committed just six turnovers in the loss, a total that matches a program-low, and shot just under 45 percent from the floor.
