SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State baseball team concludes the fall portion of team practices with its annual Maroon/Gold World Series starting on Tuesday at Bobcat Ballpark.
The first three games of the best-of-five series takes place this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with first pitch at 3 p.m. Game four will be played at 2:15 p.m. on Friday while the fifth game's date and time is TBA.
Coaching the Maroon team is Kyle Kubitza and captains are Broc Brosse, Jaylen Hubbard and Conner Reich. Managing the Gold squad is volunteer assistant coach Jerry Cervantez with captains being Jacob Almendarez, Brandon Lewis and Ryan Newman.
