SANDESTIN, Fla. – Junior Alvaro Carol Estrems wrapped up his first Sun Belt Conference Championships appearance by finishing in a tie for ninth at 2-over par 215. The Texas State men's golf team finished in 11th place at 39-over 891 at the Raven Golf Club to conclude its season.
Estrems carded a 5-over 75 on Tuesday. The highlight of the day for him was back-to-back birdies on holes 15 and 16.
Posting the lowest score of the day for the Bobcats was Logan Lockwood. He shot a 3-over 74 behind four birdies with three coming in a four-hole stretch.
