SAN MARCOS, Texas – Hard work and persistence paid off for eight Texas State student-athletes when they were named recipients of the 2019 Leo John Seitz V Heart of a Champion Endowment at Texas State University. The beneficiaries are Dawnshae Evans, Christiana McDowell, Anne-Charlotte Mora, Sarah White, John Brannon, Kyle Denomme, Gavin Graham and Hutch White.
