SAN MARCOS, Texas — One of the most decorated setters in Sun Belt history added to her résumé as Texas State senior setter Emily DeWalt was selected as the league's setter of the week, the conference announced Tuesday morning.
It marks the 16th career Sun Belt Conference Setter of the Week honor for DeWalt, who now has 21 weekly awards from the conference after also earning five freshman of the week honors, too, in 2018.
"It's good to see Emily getting some kudos for how she has been playing," said Texas State volleyball head coach Sean Huiet.
