SAN MARCOS, Texas – A defensive battle will be on tap Thursday night as two of the top 10 scoring defenses in the nation square off Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in Strahan Coliseum between the Texas State men's basketball team and Little Rock. The Trojans surrender a Division I low 56.9 points per game and the Bobcats are seventh at 60.7 points per contest.
Texas State enters the game with an 8-6 overall record and are 2-3 in the Sun Belt Conference. The Trojans are 15-2 this season and tied for first in league play at 5-1 with Arkansas State after falling to the Red Wolves on Monday.
