SAN MARCOS, Texas – After sweeping Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in a pair of midweek games, the Texas State softball team hits the road again to take on Georgia State in the second weekend of conference action on Saturday and Sunday. First pitch of a Saturday doubleheader is scheduled for 12 p.m. CT at the Robert E. Heck Softball Complex in Atlanta, Ga.
The Bobcats have won the last three games, all of which were shutouts, entering into the weekend series. Texas State has a 20-7 overall record and 1-2 mark in Sun Belt Conference play.
