Texas State has definitely targeted two things this offseason: Finding talented playmakers and building depth in the trenches.

Texas State wrapped up a big week on the recruiting trail by receiving commitments from Lufkin athlete Kordell Rodgers and Waxahachie offensive guard Caleb Carlile last Thursday night before adding offensive linemen Kevin Davis and Reece Jordan on Saturday afternoon.
Davis and Jordan were among the 16 recruits who were in town for unofficial visits this weekend.
