What a difference a year makes.
At this point last season, Texas State watched as Central Michigan took three of four games inside Bobcat Ballpark. The Bobcats were 3-8-1 with an ailing offense and an unreliable pitching staff.
Fast forward to 2016, and through 12 games, Texas State is feeling good.
While Sunday's 5-4 victory over Incarnate Word didn't have the masterful pitching of Friday's gem by Lucas Humpal or the unrelenting offense of Saturday's rout, the result was still the same as the Bobcats (8-4) swept the series.
"We feel pretty confident with anybody we run out there on the mound.
