BERKELEY, Calif. – For the first time in program history, the Texas State men's basketball team defeated a Pac-12 Conference opponent with a 59-55 win over California on Thursday night at the Haas Pavilion. It was also the Bobcats' first win over a Power 5 conference team since defeating Baylor on the road on Nov. 24, 1998.
With the win, TXST is now 3-2 on the season while the Bears drop to 0-5 for the first time their 115-year history.
