SAN MARCOS, Texas - Texas State men's golf coach Shane Howell announced that Brayden Ingebrigtsen of Concordia Lutheran High School has signed a national letter of intent to play for the Bobcats in 2020-21.
A native of The Woodlands, Texas, and Ingebrigtsen was the Class 6A TAPPS Individual State champion in 2019. He is ranked among the top 25 golfers in the 2020 Texas recruiting class after finishing as the runner-up at the Sugar Bowl Invitational tournament and posting two top 10 finishes on the TJGA Tour in 2019.
Texas State loses four seniors off the 2019-20 squad.
